I'll just say for the moment what a huge pleasure it was to have you and the band, and how much good feedback we've had about the stage performance. The response to it got bigger and bigger as the gig went on. Your stage presentation knocked everyone's socks off. You gave so much pleasure, in the formal parades, in standing performances, and just warming up outside the Lugger. Thanks also for bringing the weather, though I'm sorry you took it back with you. Please pass this on to the crew and assure them that Penzance is really just Argyll-South. Best of luck with the CD and everything else.

  Hey just want to say your fantastic I was a crew member on the Golowan Festival and what a pleasure it was to marshall around. You gave me goose bumps every time you played. In the Ritz arena music venue this year, what a sound you made. Everyone in Penzance has been talking about you guys and how awesome you were. Just to let you know our local paper The Cornishman printed a photo of you so your amazing performances caught the paper's eye too. Thank for coming and please come back next year.  Ben Bodilly
  Just wanted to say how the Ritz gig was the absolute highlight of my Golowan week.  Having watched you in previous years I was looking forward to your return.  The daytime was good but the evening was just amazing and even my very sceptical husband really enjoyed it (he normally goes more for the rock or pop).  I thought the guitar chords really helped bring a new quality to those wonderful tunes.  And such rhythm.  Thank you so much, I hope you'll be back next year.  Bridgit England

     
  Hi there.  Just wanted to say thank you very much for coming to Penzance once again - it's always a highlight of Golowan week to see you on the streets of Penzance.  As a northumbrian and scottish smallpipe player myself, I enjoy hearing the tunes and you play with togetherness and variety.  Look forward to hearing you again in 2 years time hopefully.. and good luck in all you endeavours!   Just to say thanks for supporting Golowan every year, I first saw you years back and marched behind you carrying my Daughter, now this year she is 11! and was behind you once again but playing trumpet! also nice to see some youngsters in the band now..well done girls! show the guys how its done! loved the young drummers! go for it!   Hello, hope you all arrived back in sunny Scotland in one piece. Was such a great weekend, lovely to hear the band. The head mistress had your cd on in school assembley this morning :) I have a selection of pictures for you from the weekend processions and your sets, and wondered if you would like a copy of the Cornishman Paper sending up? Well i cant wait to get back home, made me very home sick this weekend and miss all the lovely scottish accents.
